Every year the Tolling of the Boats Ceremony commemorates those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country while serving aboard U.S. Navy submarines.  Done at Western Reserve National in Rittman, Oh. and at the USS Cod Memorial in Cleveland, Oh.
